The Barcelona Music Lab Foundation (BMLab), in collaboration with the Catalan Association of Phonographic and Videographic Producers and Publishers (APECAT) and the Business Development Service (SDE), is organizing a new edition of “Music Talks,” a series of meetings focused on innovation within the music industry. This gathering will take place on May 22, from 18:30 to 20:00, at the Aclam Club space, aiming to foster a space for dialogue among experts from various fields related to music.
On this occasion, Jordi Herreruela, director of the Cruïlla Festival and president of the Barcelona Music Lab Foundation, and Tom Rea, associate director in charge of the Marketing Insight team at Ticketmaster, will offer a conversation about the critical role data plays in the success of live music events and the music industry in general. The session will focus on how data intelligence can help music companies make more informed decisions to improve sales, deeply understand their audiences, and identify the challenges and opportunities presented by this emerging field.
